San Franciscan seeks NY house swap.

Hi! I’m Valerie, a writer based out of SF, CA.

I’m looking for someone to house swap with in NYC July 1-22.

Dates are flexible as I can probably piece together a few house swaps and will travel to Europe at some point during that timeframe.

• It’ll just be me!

• Looking for another person with a one-bedroom to swap with. Couples are ok. No pets please.

• My house is a one-bedroom cottage, the top story of a two-story flat. Hella sunshine, plenty of unobstructed windows and super quiet (you can only hear the neighbors’ dogs — but no city noise outside of that. Except for my neighbor plays the piano beautifully some afternoons, which is such a treat.)

• Comes furnished with everything you need.

• My favorite part about my house is how much sunshine is gets, especially in the kitchen, where I spend most of my time.

• The cottage is located on 4th and Clement, in the heart of the Inner Richmond neighborhood in SF. Neighborhood highlights include a bumpin’ farmers market on Sundays, mix of Asian and non-Asian cuisine and a two-story bookstore. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants — old school and modern.
